A 17-Year-Old Boy with Umbilical Discharge

	Answer 3 Pelvic inflammatory disease. Documented complications of infected urachal cysts include acute hemorrhage; systemic sepsis; and stone, fistula, and abscess formation. Pelvic inflammatory disease is a complication of sexually transmitted infection, usually chlamydia or gonorrhea.
